Creating a website for Waada was essential to ensure a more accessible, organized, and efficient way for users to interact with the platform. The website serves as a central hub where users can easily submit claims, track their status, and receive updates in real-time. By digitizing the process, the website reduces the chances of errors, speeds up claim processing, and ensures a smoother experience for both users and the internal team managing the claims. It also provides better scalability for Waada to expand its reach and impact, making the service more accessible and reliable.
